About Iain Munn

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as an Austin real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Cedar Park areas, please contact me.

My Resume

I was born in Manhattan but lived in Central America, South America and England before settling down in France where I trained as an architect and specialized in the restoration of historical buildings.

During the following two decades I directed many restoration projects and was President of half a dozen non-profit associations connected with the arts and architecture. I was the Founding President of the Association of Historical Monuments of Provence, which attracted more than half a million paying visitors each year.

Concurrently, I was the executive director and curator of Château d’Entrecasteaux, a castle/museum in Provence that was selected by the London Sunday Times as one of the ten best museums in France.

I have travelled the world extensively and I am fluent in English, French and Spanish, proficient in Italian and understand Portuguese.

Most of my life I have worked with people and architecture and I have bought, restored and sold real estate in three countries. I now place my experience at the service of my clients both as a Realtor and as a general contractor .
